Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador: Greet clients, designers, and partners with professional flair in our Montreal showroom.
Event Pro: Lead the logistics for on-site events (catering, setup, hosting) to ensure a premium guest experience.
Program Specialist: Manage the "Loner Program" inventory (chairs) and handle customer claims with precision.
Sales Support: Act as a key resource for the sales team by assisting with product presentations and samples.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years in high-end customer service (hospitality, luxury retail, or corporate reception).
Bilingualism : Fluency in English and French is essential. Rationale: You will interact daily with the Toronto head office, manage national accounts, and use internal systems (ERP/CRM) that are exclusively in English.
Flexibility: Ability to support approximately 12 events per year (early mornings or evenings) with time off in lieu.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and a quick learner of internal management software.
