Interview mode - face to face
Experience - 4 to 7 years
Education Qualification- B tech (civil) Degree preferred
Notice period- Immediate/15 daysJob Description
- At least 1 projects handover/ snagging-desnagging experience is preferred
- Cooridnation with contractors
- Snagging & handing over of the flats from project team until possession to the clients
- Transition of residential complex and Maintenance handling. CAM maintenance and vendor management
- Oversee all finishing activities and ensure process adherence.
