■ 10+ years of experience leading large software engineering teams (50+ scale preferred), preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, or Tech domains.
■ Technical Depth (Critical): Must be a seasoned engineer/developer, with extensive hands-on experience with: Cloud Native Patterns, Microservices Architecture, Web/Mobile Apps, and API Design & Development.
■ Proven ability to drive digital transformation, specifically cultural transformation within engineering teams (moving from Waterfall to Agile/DevOps).
■ Language / 言語力:
・Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
・Business Level English.
