Specialist, Talent Management (m/w/d)
The Role in a Nutshell
We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Specialist, Talent Management to join our team in Vevey. This is a multifaceted role that blends high-touch TA Partnering with rigorous HR Life Cycle management. You will be the primary point of contact for our temporary talent and senior client stakeholders across the Romandie region.

Your Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Partnering
Act as a strategic TA Partner, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary talent.
Consult with hiring managers to define needs and provide market insights.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through pooling and proactive sourcing.
HR Life Cycle & Administrative Excellence
Manage the full administrative life cycle of temporary employees (onboarding, contract management, and offboarding).
Handle complex administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal HR processes.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships through regular onsite visits.
Handle "difficult situations" (performance issues, conflicts, or urgent changes) with diplomacy and resilience.
Travel punctually across the Romandie region to visit clients and talent on-site.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Lead and support internal and client-facing HR projects (e.g., process optimization, digital transformation).
Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose creative solutions for continuous improvement.
Take full ownership of assigned tasks from conception to execution.
What You Bring to the Table
Educational Foundation: You hold a degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field. You understand the theoretical and legal frameworks of HR and can apply them practically.
Proven Expertise: You bring solid experience in TA Partnering or Recruitment, with a track record of managing the full candidate journey in fast-paced environments.
Versatile Client Experience: You are comfortable pivoting between different work environments—from corporate offices to industrial sites—and have a proven ability to interface with senior-level stakeholders with confidence and poise.
Linguistic Mastery: You are fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in German is a significant advantage for collaborating across the Swiss market.
Regional Flexibility: You are based in or near Vevey and are comfortable with punctual travel across the Romandie region to maintain a strong physical presence with our clients.
Resilience & Ownership: You are a "calm in the storm" professional. You don't just identify problems; you proactively propose solutions and take full ownership of the outcome.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a hybrid setup, maintaining seamless communication with both onsite colleagues and remote team members.
Location: Vevey, Switzerland (with regional travel)
Languages: Fluent French & English (German is a strong asset)
