• Evaluate the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, suggest and implement changes and enhance
the Return on Investment (ROI) of implemented strategies. Maintain overall account health
in terms of AR days and SLAs.
• Devise and implement incentive plans to encourage and recognize team members for their
contributions.
• Lead training and development initiatives for the team.
• Regularly deliver comprehensive MIS reports to clients fostering transparency and
facilitating informed decision-making.
• Conduct thorough quality analysis of the process, identify areas of improvement, implement
corrective measures and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency are

revenue cycle efficiency, reducing manual errors and accelerating the speed of delivery.
