 Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations teams, various business unit teams, marketing
teams, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to execute on project initiatives.
 Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and addressing issues promptly.
 Champion the use of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., AI, automation, data-driven
decision-making) to drive transformation across the business.
 Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and change management across all teams and stakeholders.
 Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance metrics.
 Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a high-performance work environment.
 Ensure all projects adhere to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll need:

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
 Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management.
 Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Waterfall, Kanban, and Agile methodologies, including
sprints and scrum.
 Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, and other project management software.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
in a dynamic environment.
 Experience in managing change in complex organizations and driving innovation through technology.
 PMP or Certified ScrumMaster is a plus
 Understanding of SaaS ecosystems is a plus.
