Hospitality/Kitchen Steward Roles
Sanitation & Cleaning:
Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, either by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, stoves) and all kitchen and dining areas.
Following all sanitation codes and food safety regulations.
Support & Organization:
Stocking and replenishing service stations with supplies like napkins, silverware, condiments, and trays.
Transporting used linen to the laundry or housekeeping area.
Assisting in the receiving and storing of stock and supplies.
Removing trash and recyclables.
Guest Service :
Greeting and seating patrons.
Serving water and refilling beverage glasses.
Clearing and re-setting tables for the next guests.
