- Prioritisation & Sequencing: Drive critical investment decisions, delivery sequencing, and disciplined planning practices.
- Value & Governance: Oversee business case development, track benefits realisation, and strengthen the organisation's ability to deliver complex transformation outcomes.
- Executive Insights: Provide high-level reporting and deliver insights directly to senior leadership forums.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across business, product, finance, and technology teams.
Experience Required
- Proven Experience: A strong background in strategy, portfolio management, transformation, or PMO within a complex corporate or enterprise environment.
- Roadmap Mastery: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multi-year roadmaps, including prioritisation and investment decision support.
- Financial Acumen: Deep experience building and evaluating business cases, alongside robust benefits realisation tracking.
- Executive Presence: Proven track record of delivering insights and reporting to senior leadership forums.
- Influence & Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Finance, Tech).
