The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management (SCM) reports to the Director and leads end to end site supply chain operations, including distribution, logistics, procurement, materials management, and production planning. .The role is accountable for ensuring material availability to support uninterrupted production and for partnering with global supply chain, site operations, and business leadership to meet customer demand, improve operating efficiency, and manage inventory within targets. The Sr. Manager SCM drives supply chain excellence and gross margin improvement initiatives, leads and develops the site SCM team, collaborates cross functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance, and engages suppliers to manage negotiations, risks, and supply disruptions to protect continuity of supply.

求められる経験
Minimum 12 years of experience, at least 5 years are dedicated to supply chain and logistics
Managed teams directly before
SAP/ERP system knowledge and experience
Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong understanding of logistics processes and financial data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills
Team player and good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven experience in creating management reports, business correspondence, and written procedure manuals
Logistics manager experience preferred, with demonstrated customer-oriented and result-oriented approach
Travel as required (advance notice to be provided)
