Key Requirements- UK Experience: Recent, verifiable teaching experience in a UK primary school setting (minimum 6 months).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Classroom Management: Excellent behaviour management strategies and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom dynamics.
- Compliance & Safeguarding: An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Reliability: Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards supporting local schools.
