How You Will Make a Difference

As a Support Needs Assessor, your daily work will be grounded in empathy, communication, and care. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Holistic Evaluation: Gathering and beautifully synthesising information to understand each participant’s unique life circumstances and disability support needs.

Qualifications & Experience

To support our community effectively, you must hold a recognised tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as:

• Allied Health: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Nursing & Education: Registered Nurses (RN), Enrolled Nurses (EN), or clinicians with an Education degree.
• Specialist Practice: NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Experience in administering person-centred, strengths-based assessments is highly regarded, alongside a comprehensive understanding of the disability landscape.
