They will ensure successful delivery of project/program outcomes by monitoring and tracking of milestones, identification and risks mitigation.Facilitate team meetings and ad-hoc meetingsAssure project adherence to Quality and Compliance policies and proceduresIdentify Project Level Risks. Facilitate escalation and risk mitigation strategiesDevelop and maintain program-specific reporting tools, e.g., dashboards, MS Project Plans, Risk Registers, Meeting Minutes, etc.Prepare Core Team and Executive Dashboards/DecksLead minimum 1 medium/high complexity global program/projectConduct project level analysis and development of improving strategiesParticipates in lessons learned and best practice sharing forums as required (Project reflection)Different specific Project Quality activities in alignment with management
