Depending on the team that you will join, as a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and learn one or more of the following key HR and operational functions:

• Recruitment Process: Including candidate sourcing, screening, phone interviewing, conducting interviews, and reference checking.
• Database Management: Proficiency in utilizing multiple databases and sourcing channels, and understanding the critical importance of maintaining an updated application tracking system.
• Customer Service: Developing and refining essential customer service techniques.
• Employee Support: Assisting employees with the hiring process and supporting them with ongoing employment needs (e.g., contracts, pay slips)

• Traditional voluntary work with non-profit organizations or community groups
• Project-based assignments which demonstrate initiative and specialized skills
• Experience in customer service roles where problem-solving and interpersonal skills are   developed
• Any sales-related positions which highlight communication, negotiation and goal-achievement abilities.
