We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer Internet of Things to support the connectivity solutions team of Geniox in Zeewolde. In this role, you will create and maintain clear, structured, and technically accurate documentation for both internal teams and external customers. Your work will include High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), customer manuals, deployment guides, and solution overview presentations aimed at non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, solution architects, and product managers to ensure all documentation accurately represents the Geniox connectivity solutions — including networking infrastructure, managed services, and emerging technologies such as private 5G, IoT, and SD-WAN.

Key Responsibilities:

•Produce and maintain technical documentation such as HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and support materials.

•Develop and update customer-facing documents, including manuals, onboarding guides, and FAQs.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed technical information and validate documentation.

•Translate complex connectivity concepts into clear, concise content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

•Occasionally create presentation materials to support customer discussions, internal enablement, and pre-sales engagements.

•Ensure all documentation is version-controlled, consistent, and aligned with product and solution updates.
