Outbound Advisory: Conduct structured outbound calls to prospective and existing offshore regional customers to promote premium banking products and services.

Data Integrity: Accurately log, update, and maintain customer information and detailed pipeline activities within the corporate CRM system.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with Sales Admin and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to deliver a flawless client journey.
Experience Level: Open to active Fresh Graduates or candidates with proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or retail banking outbound desks.
The Skillset: Strong verbal communication skills, persuasive delivery, and clear negotiation capabilities.
Resilience: A positive attitude with high intrinsic motivation and the grit to navigate rejection smoothly in a high-energy sales environment.
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
Employment Type: Permanent (6-month structured probation period).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday; standard fixed corporate hours).
Compensation Structure:
Fresh Graduates: Up to RM 2,800 basic + lucrative commissions.
Experienced Hires: RM 3,000 – RM 3,300 basic + lucrative commissions (benchmarked based on relevant background).
