Job RoleWe are hiring a Territory Manager in Nagpur to lead a team of Medical Representatives, manage sales, and build strong relationships with doctors and maternity homes.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Guide and train Medical Representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Fieldwork: Conduct regular joint calls with MRs to resolve field challenges.
- Doctor & Hospital Coverage: Promote products to key doctors, gynaecologists, and maternity homes.
- Distribution: Coordinate with stockists and chemists for smooth order supply and payment recovery.
- Experience managing Medical Representatives in the pharma industry.
- Exposure to the gynaecology or maternity home segment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with knowledge of the Nagpur market.
- Degree in B.Pharm, B.Sc, or related field.
