Job Description: Territory Sales Officer (Vending)
Location: Noida
Summary: Your job is to get our vending machines (Coffee/Tea/Snacks) into offices, hospitals, and colleges across Noida. You will handle everything from finding new clients to making sure they keep buying our refills.
1. Sales & New Business
Find and visit new offices in Noida
Pitch vending solutions to HR and Admin Managers.
Conduct product tastings and machine demos.
2. Machine Placement
Meet monthly targets for installing new machines.
Negotiate contracts (rentals or sales).
Ensure the machine is set up and working correctly.
3. Revenue & Growth
Make sure clients regularly order tea/coffee powder and refills.
Increase the "consumption per machine" to grow monthly revenue.
Collect payments on time.
4. Relationship Management
Visit existing clients to ensure they are happy with the service.
Coordinate with the tech team if a machine needs repair.
Keep an eye on what competitors are offering in the area.
Key Success Metrics (KPIs):
New Installs: How many machines you place each month.
Refill Sales: Monthly revenue from powders and snacks.
Client Retention: Keeping machines active and preventing returns.
Payment Collection: Ensuring zero payment delays.
