Your role may be challenging but it definitely has its rewards because you would be making such a positive impact on young people who struggle with basic tasks that others take for granted. You will be working with young people and children from 5-19 years on a full time permanent basis. All applicants for the post must be available for shifts including days, evenings, weekends and occasional sleep ins. The staff value each child's experience and background and aim to work in partnership with parents and carers to develop every child's ability to their maximum potential. The full time Teaching Assistant role is initially from September 2021 to December 2021, but could get extended into the new calender year or become permanent. The role is for five days a week, Monday through to Friday. The Headteacher and staff want to continue to develop the school to provide the best possible education for the children.
