    Job Title- Homelessness Prevention OfficerLocation- RedcarContract length- 6 MonthsPay rate- £13.47 p/h Are you a tireless individual that is able to provide a positive experience to vulnerable adults and children within your loacal community? The role;-To ensure that clients who approach the Homelessness Service receive appropriate advice and support in order to prevent/alleviate homelessness.-To provide promotional advice and education to specific client groups at risk of homelessness.-Where necessary, to carry out home visits to clients that are at risk of homelessness in order to assess circumstances and provide appropriate advice, through the delivery of a flexible hours homelessness prevention service-Liaise with landlords and relevant agencies in order to resolve issues which could result in Homelessness.
