事業戦略・実現に向けた組織開発に貢献していただきます。• Lead, drive and/or implement Human Resources initiatives, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO (equal employment opportunity), and training & development. Specifically, the following is to be done with the Senior HRBP:• Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with client group leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organization.• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to address and satisfy client group(s) requirements. Apply knowledge of key business drivers in making decisions related to human capital.• Coach and consult with management on issues affecting morale, performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.• Present, train and/or facilitate workforce development programs. Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs• Conduct and manage investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.
求められる経験
・ 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 HRBP experience
or 5∔ years of HR consulting firms
・ Strong influential skill to lead initiatives
・ Strategic thinking in developing clear mid-term HR strategy and take the lead in its implementation
・ Must be a clear thinker and a self-starter with a can-do-attitude, high ethics, open minded and business acumen in our business
・ Knowledge of Organizational Development, Culture Change or Learning & Development
・ People focus, result focus and proactive approach
・ Bachelors/master’s degree required in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
