Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehousing or related functions preferred
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Outbound Supervisor to oversee day-to-day outbound warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dispatches, coordinating with logistics teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and driving overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise outbound activities including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor shop floor operations and manage workforce productivity
- Coordinate with transporters and ensure on-time shipment
- Maintain documentation and records of outbound shipments
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.)
- Ability to manage and supervise shop floor operations effectively
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/outbound logistics or related operations
- Exposure to ERP/WMS systems will be an added advantage
