Role Summary
As the Front Office Executive, you are the first point of contact for our company. You will manage the reception area, coordinate front-desk activities, and provide high-quality administrative support. Your goal is to ensure all visitors feel welcomed and that office operations run like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office; direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Logistics & Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; manage outgoing couriers.
Security & Compliance: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges).
Administrative Support: Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Facility Management: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Scheduling: Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments for senior management.
