Accountant / Accounting SpecialistAre you an experienced accounting professional looking to advance your career within a globally recognized brand? We are seeking a proactive Staff Accountant to join our finance department. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining financial integrity and supporting our ongoing growth across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail operations.Responsibilities- Manage domestic accounts payable, including invoice processing and 3-way matching.- Execute journal entries within the SAP ERP system to ensure accurate financial reporting.- Oversee employee expense reimbursements and month-end reconciliations.- Support financial and tax audits, alongside budget variance analysis and licensor reporting.- Assist in the migration of invoice systems and provide ad-hoc support for new business model tracking.Qualifications- Hands-on accounting experience in a global enterprise, preferably under US GAAP.- Advanced proficiency in core ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate+).- Strong English communication skills for professional collaboration.- Professional certifications such as USCPA or Nissho Bookkeeping Grade 2 are highly valued.- A methodical, detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to compliance and deadlines.What We Offer- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and annual bonus opportunities.- Comprehensive social insurance, pension plan, and wellness benefits.
