As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transfer of client assets between financial institutions. This is a dynamic, high-volume operational role where 80% of your day will involve proactive outbound communication and 20% will focus on technical data management and system updates. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $31.85 / hour

Responsibilities
Outbound Coordination: Conduct professional outbound calls to external financial institutions to facilitate and follow up on timely client transfers.
Data Integrity: Update internal systems and case management software with high precision.
System Management: Utilize specialized tools such as ISM and Kofax (Imaging System) to manage digital documentation.
Reporting: Use Excel-based spreadsheets and macros to track progress and meet daily delivery targets.
Stakeholder Interaction: Act as a professional representative of the firm when interacting with external partners.
Qualifications
Education: Recent graduates are highly preferred; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are essential. You must be comfortable working with spreadsheets and have the aptitude to learn/work with Macros.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a "must-have" for both phone-based coordination and internal ticketing.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage sensitive customer data with 100% accuracy.
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, "call center style" environment.
Assets: Experience with ISM, EIS, or ticketing systems; bilingualism (French/English) is a significant plus.
