求められる経験
・At least 10 years accounting and tax experience (CPA firm or tourism industry are preferred) and 3-5 years people management experience
・Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards and local tax
regulation
・CPA equivalent certification is a plus
・Hands-on experience with MS Excel
・Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
・Excellent time management; able to prioritize
・Strict attention to detail
・Ability to multi-task
・Experience in ERP system (Oracle is preferred)
・Japanese fluent-level
・Advance level of English (TOEIC 850 above etc.)
