Accounting Specialist (Global Finance & Reporting)Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to elevate your career in a global environment? Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee general accounting duties and drive financial operations for their business in Japan. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with our headquarters abroad, ensuring financial precision and excellence.Responsibilities:- Manage English-language accounting tasks, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.- Prepare and submit critical financial reports to our international Finance Department.- Oversee tax-related documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.- Handle accounts receivable and payable, verifying invoicing and payment accuracy.- Support payroll processing and essential administrative finance operations.Qualifications:- Proven practical experience in FP&A and English-language accounting.- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Preferred: Practical cost accounting experience, IFRS knowledge, or professional certifications like USCPA.What We Offer:- Competitive annual salary ranging from JPY 6,000,000 to JPY 8,000,000.- A professional work-life balance with 122 days of annual leave.- A modern office environment with excellent access to public transportation.- Comprehensive social insurance and career development support.
