Responsibilities
Campaign Design & Execution: Develop and deploy high-impact direct-to-consumer marketing experiments, ensuring all list creation and segmentation are performed with precision.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve technical hurdles in the campaign deployment process to ensure zero "controllable" errors.
Stakeholder Interaction: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven strategies and provide post-campaign insights.
Project Management: Maintain an autonomous, project-management mindset to deliver deliverables on time and within specifications without the need for constant oversight.
Process Improvement: Continuously challenge the "process status quo" to enhance workflows and leverage analytical tools for better marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree in Business, Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience in direct marketing, analytics, or consulting, ideally within high-volume industries such as financial services or telecommunications.
Technical Proficiency: * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud), including building complex segments and trigger-based journeys.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for navigating large-scale customer data.
Knowledge of Python and PySpark is highly preferred.
Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to design and measure A/B tests, experimental designs, and sample size calculations.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills to influence stakeholders, and a zest for Agile methodologies.
Operational Mindset: A "hands-on" practitioner who thrives in execution and delivery rather than just theoretical application.
