• Drives the delivery of advanced data driven solutions and insights by managing multiple teams in addressing complex business cases. Utilizes a diverse array of cutting-edge data analytics technologies, including advanced data processing, statistical analysis, and machine learning ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Oversees and ensures rigorous quality assurance and compliance within the business intelligence function
• Fosters continuous improvement of best practice standards for business intelligence applications across the business / function . Promotes enhanced standardization, re-usability, and scalability of solutions to meet evolving organizational needs
• Manages the development and performance of team members and more junior managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring the teams are equipped with advanced skills and knowledge. Keeps teams ahead of evolving technology trends and significant industry shifts, ensuring sustained competitive advantage
• Maintains and enhances strategic partnerships with business / function leaders, ensuring teams consistently meet and exceed business intelligence requirements, timelines and delivers innovative solutions that drive actionable insights and significant organizational value
• Drives multiple teams in developing sophisticated data visualizations, reports, and dashboards. Ensures the highest levels of accessibility and comprehension of data insights for diverse stakeholder groups, integrating feedback for continuous improvement
• Design or influences the comprehensive lifecycle management of select business intelligence technologies and platforms. Manages their evolution from inception through upgrades to retirement, ensuring optimal utilization and integration with emerging technologies
• Provides business insights that support the strategic positioning of the Business Intelligence function within area managed, overseeing the growth and performance of team membersGrade Descriptor
• Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own and related disciplines
• Provides leadership and direction to a team / business area of senior level professionals and/or subordinate managers performing multiple and/or diverse and complex disciplines
• Has accountability for budget/P&L, strategy, performance and results of multiple, often diverse, teams; typically managing programs, processes, service delivery and/or activities that represent a significant portion of an area
• Allocates resources and optimizes resource availability to align with area objectives and annual segment priorities
