- Oversees payroll inputs, benefits administration
- Monitors daily service delivery performance and resolves operational escalations.
- Prepares HR operations reports and identifies areas for process improvement.
- Coordinates with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to align cross-functional workflows.
- Supports implementation of new systems, tools, or automation in HR operations.
- Guides junior HR operations for external staff, providing coaching on procedures and service standards.
- Ensures compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Acts as the contact point for employees on operational HR for external matters.

- Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines
- Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members, potentially including work leaders
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors/team leaders
- Responsible for end results of the team
- Provides input on resource planning, guidelines, processes and procedures
- Solves problems guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance from manager
