- Oversees the day-to-day delivery of recruitment activities, ensuring sourcing, screening, and placement activities are delivered to agreed standards.
- Engages directly with hiring managers to clarify workforce requirements, translating them into practical recruitment strategies that balance speed and quality.
- Monitors recruitment performance metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and placement success, preparing reports that inform decision-making.
- Acts as the escalation point for candidate or client concerns, resolving complex issues quickly to maintain trust in the recruitment process.
- Provides coaching and feedback to recruiters, strengthening their skills in candidate assessment, client interaction, and process compliance.
- Implements process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and piloting digital sourcing tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Ensures strict compliance with internal policies, labor law, and data protection requirements in recruitment delivery.
- Collaborates with other delivery managers to share best practices and align processes across accounts. Grade Descriptor
