    Business Support Officer – Administrator – Disability Sector Contract until June 2021 with possibility of extension $36.27p/h + super Working in a Federal Government AgencyWork in the disability sector for a federal government agency providing customer service and administration. The position requires strong attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment, coupled with an enthusiasm for frontline customer service tasks. The aim as a Business Support Officer is to support Planners in ensuring that all participants are well informed and have access to required information.This role is based in Tamworth, full-time (Mon – Fri) 8:30am till 5:00pm, for an initial contract until June 2021 with a possible extension.Responsibilities: Managing the general enquiries email inbox; from health care providers/professionals and participants.Managing appointments between client/participants and internal staff – either on/off-site.Acting as the first point of contact for the AgencyData entry: updating/recording of information provided by participants in the CRM database. Criteria:You must be an Australian citizen – no visa holders or NZ Citizens unfortunatelyA National Police check will need to be completed before starting – this may take a few weeks.You must boast general/strong administrative skills A positive contemporary attitude to people with disability; and understanding of disabilities and its impact on individuals.Ability to be factual and pick up legislation/processes quickly If you are interested and meet the above criteria please apply for this role.
