ResponsibilitiesRaise all invoices prior to the end of the month.Track Accounts payable and ReceivablePayroll and superannuation for minimum 35 staffPreparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheetsMonitor expiry dates of Australian dollar and foreign currency term deposit and confirm list ofguarantees with the bank each month.Calculate any exchange variance and process receipts.Follow up any customer queries and outstanding payments.Allocate new contracts both in Australian dollars and foreign currency and enter estimates.Assist in opening new forecast Circulate Debtors Report to Management and Directors within 1 day of finance month end close.Update cash flow projection with debtors payments on a weekly basis.Reconcile general ledger accounts that relate to bank accounts, debtors and intercompany accountswithin 3 working days of month end.Reconcile Term Deposit AccountsGenerally assist the CFO with finance and administration duties.
