You will be answering inbound calls from members of the public supporting the General Triaging of Service NSW calls and lines of business Regional Seniors Travel card and E-Toll calls over the weekend and Monday. Call types include Regional Seniors Travel card application assistance and general enquiries. E-Toll calls include general enquiries about tolling accounts.This contract is starting 25th January 2021. The contract is until 31st March 2021 but has the possibility of extension. You will work in the Parramatta office for this role.Please note: Your first 2 weeks will be full time hours Monday - Friday - excluding Australia day.
