- Own complete RFP/RFQ lifecycle
- Analyze client requirements and compliance matrices
- Lead bid/no-bid decision discussions
- Coordinate technical, regulatory, finance & supply chain inputs

2. Techno-Commercial Architecture
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with margin targets
- Structure commercial models (CAPEX/OPEX, service models, AMC etc.)

- Standardize templates and bid processes
