We are now expanding this exciting project and are looking for a Business Service Specialist - French Speaker to join the growing team in Budapest.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Service Specialist, you’ll be supporting the Randstad Risesmart team on administrative and operational tasks related to legal client management.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting administrative tasks such as HR Legal documentation, and ensuring accuracy of records.
- Collaborating with the French team.
- Communicating with clients and internal teams in French and English.
- Working on internal process improvement initiatives—your ideas will be welcomed!
- Learning to use tools like Salesforce, and G Suite (no prior knowledge required—training provided).
- Assisting in quality control, identifying errors, and proactively proposing corrective actions.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written)—a must!
- Administrative, back-office, or HR legal experience (releasing, onboarding, termination, amendments, etc etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Confidence in working with confidential data and managing various digital tools.
- Experience in Salesforce, Google Sheets, is a plus.
- Previous roles in customer support, or helpdesk could be relevant.
