about the job
We are looking for a Business Services Specialist who will support our global partner.
This is a dedicated RPO project for a market-leading Randstad client and global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. In this Business Services Specialist role, you will be part of a unique hybrid and cross-border team to deliver exceptional recruitment operations and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
You will join this high-performance environment focused on service excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and operational efficiency for our confidential global partner.
Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid - once a week office attendance)
Language: English and German
what you will do
... - Managing complex operational processes
- Frequent daily communication with clients and stakeholders (in German)
- Drafting and preparing employment contracts
- Updating employee master data
- Troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations
- Handling tasks in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing systems
skills you will need
- Previous hands-on experience in a similar role, or hands-on experience in a customer support and/or call center role within an office environment.
- Exceptional fluency in both English and German (written and verbal), with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy in data administration and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage urgency, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain proactivity.
- Professional maturity and resilience, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
