About the Role
As our Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution and coordination of multi-channel digital campaigns and journeys. You will be instrumental in ensuring flawless execution within SFMC, managing the campaign workflow, and providing critical reporting that drives continuous optimization. This role requires a blend of technical capability, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to quality in a high-volume, global marketing environment.

âś… Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Workflow
- End-to-End Execution: Assist in the development and execution of end-to-end campaigns, aligning with marketing and operations to support talent-centric journeys.
- SFMC Deployment: Coordinate and execute campaign implementation, including deploying emails and notifications directly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Workflow Management: Responsible for managing the workflow of both existing and new campaigns and journeys, ensuring all deadlines and dependencies are tracked.
- Coordination: Liaise with the content team and local marketing teams to ensure all necessary assets (landing pages, blogs, marketing content, event details) are secured for campaigns.

Reporting & Optimization
- Hands-on Engagement: Engage hands-on with SFMC to execute campaign management and analyze activities.
- Performance Reporting: Own campaign performance reporting, including lead volume and conversion rates by channel, to assess and optimize performance and update key stakeholders.
- Analysis & Recommendation: Analyze the success of past campaigns and use data to make recommendations for future optimizations and improvements.

Quality & Communication
- Testing & Monitoring: Responsible for rigorously testing campaigns and monitoring results post-deployment.
- Stakeholder Updates: Notify stakeholders and the rest of the team promptly when campaigns or journeys are postponed, cancelled, or successfully deployed.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaign activities adhere to compliance standards.

đź§ What You Will Bring
You are an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to take ownership of campaign execution and drive tangible results.
- Campaign Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience leading campaign operations or execution activities.
- SFMC Hands-on Skills: 1+ years of hands-on experience with SFMC (or a similar enterprise marketing automation platform).
- Multi-tasking: Proven ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as MC Email Specialist, are a plus.
- Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of digital marketing compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment.
