The CoE has automated over 300 tasks and saved over 500K hours since 2018. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt role will be part of the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) and reports to the Global Head of Automation. The role will lead process discovery and analysis of key value streams of RPO and MSP. In addition, the role will identify and prioritise short term and mid-to-long term improvement opportunities and build a transformation roadmap that will be aligned to key business objectives and priorities. Key responsibilities:Overall responsibility for driving proactive e2e RPO and MSP value stream transformation opportunities across regionsLead process discovery and analysis of key value streams of RPO and MSP. In addition, the role will identify and prioritise short term and mid-to-long term improvement opportunities and build a transformation roadmap that will be aligned to key business objectives and prioritiesPlan, lead and facilitate process optimization and automation strategy workshopsDevelop business cases and gain approvals from key stakeholdersEnsure automation program benefits are accurately captured and reported through the lifecycle of automation projects (from idea generation, solution design, development, and post-deployment)Is this the job for you?
