• Leads the product lifecycle from definition to release for multiple medium-sized products or a substantial portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer development team requirements, project timelines, and organizational goals. Leads cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to gather feedback, implement major adjustments, and ensure product development aligns with business objectives and market demands
• Leads the execution and release of products to users, ensuring alignment with post-release debugging, quality assurance, and managing project closeout activities. Manages project closeout activities by ensuring all deliverables are completed, conducting thorough evaluations of the release process, and implementing lessons learned to improve future projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to enhance the release of frameworks and governance practices to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Leads the collection and analysis of requirements from the business, translating them into product deliverables for large projects or solutions. Responsible for requirements documentation for a large number of releases. Manages cross-functional project teams to validate, prioritize, and refine requirements, addressing issues and integrating feedback.
• Leads competitive analyses and market validation activities. Develops and implements methodologies to assess market conditions and identify opportunities. Influences the product roadmap, based on outcomes of analyses and validation activities
• Provides expert technical advice on and possesses skills in modelling, including modelling process flows, configuration and adaptation of applications through changing an application (executable) modelGrade Descriptor
• Requires specialized knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and deep experience in integrating related disciplinary knowledge
• Identifies applications of technical and/or functional knowledge and existing methodologies to lead others to solve complex problems; provides advice on a wide range of issues within area of subject matter expertise
• Contributes to setting standards around which others will operate within area of expertise
• May act as advisor to management and key external stakeholders on broad ranging projects
