- Provides technical support for network-related issues and ensures maximum uptime
- Participates in the installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization for network and infrastructure hardware, software and communication links
- Verifies user access rights and authorization setup
- Ensures appropriate backup and restores performance as well as system failure resilience and recovery
- Gathers feedback from end-users to improve IT services and supports the resolution of feedback
- Helps ensure network redundancy to minimize the risk of downtime
