This role is responsible for directing daily operations, ensuring business continuity, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) while managing talent onboarding for multiple clients. You will guide a team in moving pre-identified qualified candidates through the clients onboarding process in a timely and compliant manner. Primary ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision & Leadership● Performance Management: Lead and develop account teams regarding performance cycles and "Great Conversations".● Mentorship: Provide daily guidance, coaching, and training while modeling professionalism in the workplace.● Quality Assurance: Execute and oversee quality protocols, including audits of calls, emails, screening management.● Process Improvement: Participate in lean initiatives, assist in process improvements, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across a matrixed environment.Operational Excellence & Onboarding● Talent Guidance: Ensure talent successfully completes orientation, including welcome correspondence, legal forms, compliance, background/drug screenings.● Compliance Management: Manage the eVerify and compliance process with 100% accuracy.● Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders regarding operational decisions or contractual clarifications.● Issue Resolution: Partner with internal and external parties to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues while meeting established SLAs.● Data Integrity: Ensure all systems are updated in real-time and all data remains accurate. Required Skills & Qualifications● Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in payroll operations, HR, staffing, and stakeholder management is preferred.● Leadership: Strong leadership, customer focus, and collaborative "one team" approach.● Technical Knowledge: * Advanced Payroll Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment regulations (overtime, sick pay, taxes, etc.).● Systems: Proficiency with Avature, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).● Soft Skills:○ Excellent organizational and time management skills.○ Strong verbal and written communication.○ Ability to apply sound judgment and decision-making in non-routine, non-standardized situations.○ Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
