• Develops sourcing strategies that enhance the experience for blue collar workers, ensuring a personalized approach to project-based job opportunities
• Works closely with the clients' hiring teams, ensuring all KPIs and SLA requirements regarding order-based sourcing and talent conversion from passive candidates are met
• Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process for passive and active candidates, considering blue-collar workers with limited online presence
• Stays informed of industry best practices and trends in the career/ hiring space of blue-collar placements, continually assessing where Randstad can tap into project-based jobs
• Leads sourcing activities/projects and drives to meet the key metrics goals as set by leadership, focusing on proactive engagement and headhunting of passive talent
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sourcing efficiency and effectiveness
• Manages candidates and ensures that the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for clients' short-term engagementsGrade Descriptor
• Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines
• Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members, potentially including work leaders
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors/team leaders
• Responsible for end results of the team
• Provides input on resource planning, guidelines, processes and procedures
