- Under direct supervision, supports the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of data from multiple sources, helping to establish reliable datasets for organizational decision-making
- Under direct supervision, uses a variety of tools to automate data collection and build reports guided by procedures, participating in the enhancement of data dashboards
- Participates in initial data investigation and analysis under direct supervision to identify trends in data, supporting efforts to increase data-driven decision support
- Supports on routine assignments / projects for their assigned area of responsibility, and participates in the implementation of platforms, tools, and techniques to capture, manage, and analyze data across all domains
- Assists in presenting insights to relevant stakeholders for strategic planning and decision support
- Responds and resolves maintenance or troubleshooting queries in a timely manner

- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
