- Provide support to the payment calendar and dates
- Support to control and monitor the employee and client checklist
- Support on the validation of the internal HR Operations for external process and procedures
- Guarantee that collects all the timesheets on time
- Provides support to any administrative task related to employee, namely contracts, social security hiring/dismissal, declarations, responding to queries from employees and/or clients
- Validates the accruals of vacations and absence days Grade Descriptor
- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
- Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
