Position Overview:
Receive input request from field through intake and review to ensure all required info is included. “Required Info” is based on Internal and Client Specific screening requirements for the onboarding process. Determine if new/additional medical screening is needed by Talent. Confirm requirements are in FO system and or related tools. Engage Talent directly via email, phone and Google Forms to confirm / request medical records. Following a thorough review of returned documents via Google Form, use appropriate background/drug screen vendor to trigger screening/BGV for any additional / missing requirements in order to start Talent. Ensure successful completion of I9 documentation and receipt of required documents according to the external [govt.]/internal requirements. Track progress via Google Sheet, follow up with Talent via email, and escalate to Recruiters directly for inactivity by Talent.
Above mentioned components are required for a talent to be on boarded successfully and clear to start [an assignment].
The candidate is expected to follow and deliver as per the below expectations:
Report to: Team Lead/Onshore Manager
Skill set: Attention to detail, ability to analyze form requirement to understand the purpose of client requirements and determine appropriate actions needed to bring into compliance/complete onboarding. Ability to communicate and partner with CDM and field partners. Understanding of Onboarding process and related requirements.
Report out 100% of Talent completed pre-requirements
Identify number of talent that were remediated based on TOS review and approval
Strong understanding and adherence of SLAs and KPIs of the process
Production of the required volume to be delivered within TAT alongside high accuracy levels
Clarity of work and training provided to the offshore team
Ability to describe and discuss the progress and areas of attention with stakeholders
Regular review of the effort and outcomes between onshore and offshore teams
In addition to training, job aids to assist offshore team
Inclusion of the offshore team in daily huddles and regular communication
Fetch an understanding of complete Onboarding cycle to cater the end of end of business
Excel reporting skills is an added advantage
High level of participation to learn and deliver on the “Randstad at Work” RAW, which is a newly developed tool - to elevate entire client/talent onboarding experience
Basic understanding of the lean concepts to bring in/contribute towards the “Continuous Improvement” program which focuses on elevating process efficiencies
