Your TeamThe FAT (Financiële Administratie Talenten) department is a unit with specific activities in the field of financial administration, in addition to regular payroll processing. We perform the work for all employees belonging to the Randstad Group. For the FAT unit, we are looking for an enthusiastic employee who enjoys working on administrative tasks. As an employee within this team, you will have varied daily tasks. Our goal is to work as efficiently as possible and thus save costs. We apply the LEAN methodology for this purpose. Activities within the Team· Controlling and paying transition fees (severance payments). · Processing and controlling wage garnishments (loonbeslagen) and mutations. · Claims on employees (Vorderingen op werknemers). · UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) wage information, A1 statements, sickness reports. · Registering and controlling social security benefits (Vangnet Ziektewet), including maternity leave. · Execution of various subsidy schemes, including LKV (Wage Cost Reduction for older and disabled employees), LKS (Low-Income Support), and training subsidies. · Telephone and email support to employees, colleagues (IC’s), and third parties. · Advisor for colleagues, both internal and external. · Contributing and providing input to the projects department, which continuously improves our service provision. Financial Administration Talents is responsible for three impactful financial processes, which we execute correctly and in accordance with the law. It is important that we are and remain aware of the current changes in laws and regulations.
