Job Role: Reporting & Data Analyst (BI Specialist)Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience Level: Junior (2–4 years).
Role OverviewWe are looking for a curious and communicative Reporting & Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you won't just be "building charts"— you will be helping our stakeholders understand the story behind the data. You will bridge the gap between complex datasets and actionable business insights by developing intuitive dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio.
Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Tableau and Looker Studio.
Data Preparation: Assist in cleaning and structuring data to ensure reporting accuracy and performance.
Insight Translation: Present data findings to non-technical team members in a way that is clear, concise, and persuasive.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their goals and design reporting solutions that meet their specific needs.
Data Integrity: Perform regular QA checks on reports to ensure "one version of the truth" across all platforms.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Respond to quick-turnaround data requests to support real-time business decisions.
Technical QualificationsBI Tools: Hands-on experience in creating visualizations in Tableau and Looker Studio.
Data Foundations: A basic understanding of SQL, and Advanced Excel.
The "Soft Skills" (What makes you a great fit)The "Why" Mentality: You don't just pull data; you want to know why it matters to the business.
Communication: You can explain a complex data discrepancy to a stakeholder without using jargon.
Adaptability: You are comfortable pivoting between tools (Excel vs. Tableau vs. Looker) depending on the project’s requirements.
Attention to Detail: You have a "detective" mindset when it comes to finding errors or inconsistencies in data.
