- Assists with the coordination, documentation and implementation of projects within the project plan
- Supports routine work within small projects or sub-projects, agreeing project approach, engagement and communications plans, and quality and performance criteria with project partners
- Provides responses to routine issues, project risks, dependencies and project changes, supporting timely intervention and communication to stakeholders, and escalating where appropriate
- Performs analysis and prepares reports to inform project timelines, resourcing, progress reporting and troubleshooting, assessing and recommending actions in routine activities
- Collates and gathers data supporting the project progress, providing timely reporting to team members
- Supports the coordination of effective working relationships between team members, and develops business / client relationships, handling problems and issues and collecting and disseminating relevant information
- Reports on compliance with contract terms and conditions
Grade Descriptor
- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
