Position Overview:
This position may report to one of the following positions: Supervisor/Manager/Senior Manager or Director of Compliance and Assurance Services directly and work closely with the Sr. specialist or Team Lead on a daily basis. The specialist will review system reports and account data to ensure compliance with US laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies. The specialist will utilize data from multiple sources (queries from various back office, front office and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), external vendors) to provide analysis, reporting that will provide meaningful insights to key business leaders and identify process compliance inefficiencies. This position will also assist with the preparation of summary and analytical reports for management, field leadership and branch personnel. The specialist will contribute ideas for process improvement and work with the Compliance and Assurance Services team to implement ideas.
Principal Responsibilities Percentage of TimeCoordinate for regulatory compliance for areas including internal or external third party staffing vendor contract compliance reviews, onboarding, audits, insurance, Immigration and others as needed, create and coordinate communications; act as implementation coordinator for multi-functional initiatives within C&AS and business process area.60%Attention to detail, ability to analyze USA contract law, summarize findings, and recommend improvements to processes and overall compliance framework5%Monitor follow-up actions and track agreed upon remediation efforts to completion10%Assists with updating departmental scorecards and other periodic reporting and provide data summaries for any compliance reviews performed5%Monitor departmental mailboxes and ensure adherence to C&AS SLAs 5%Continual personal development/departmental improvement efforts including, but not limited to, the following:● Maintaining professional and technical knowledge● Identifying LEAN initiatives/improvements● Developing and maintaining Standard Work Processes (SWPs) andFlowcharts5%

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
● BA or BS in, US Corporate Legal, compliance, HR or similar field
● 2-3 years’ relevant work experience in a compliance, analytic, or audit environment
➢ Previous experience in the staffing industry
➢ Proven experience in leading individuals
➢ Proficient in data analysis utilizing excel, google sheets, other tools. ➢ Knowledge of regulatory compliance and contract familiarity
