Primary Responsibilities
Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on Randstad process.
Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
Update and track candidates in ATS in accordance to Randstad standards in real time.
Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Randstad via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
Work all assigned job orders until covered.
Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.
Establish relationships with consultants in region.
Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
Pre-close candidates on job offers.
Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.
Meet or exceed weekly expectations.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
2 - 6 years of recruiting experience preferrably in non-IT domain (US/Canada preferred).
